In 2007, Corey Webber began his career at Precision Plastering, his family's business, at the young age of 15. Over the years, he has gained valuable knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the stucco process through hands-on experience. Through hard work and dedication, he advanced from a Plaster Tender to a Skilled Tradesman with proficiency in applying all types of plaster finishes. Corey's expertise lies in the application of custom Venetian Finish plaster techniques.
Rick Webber started as a plaster tender in 1971 when he was 15 years old, working for his older brother Ron Webber at his business Webber Plastering. Soon after working his way up the ranks and perfecting the plaster finish he decided to move out on his own creating a business called Webtech Plaster Patch. After graduating from Foothill High School in 1974, he then worked full-time to put himself through college. He generally preferred to work with a smaller crew focusing on creating quality finishes around the local Orange County area and eventually changed his business name to Precision Plastering.
He then stayed doing residential and commercial plastering services for the next 45 years working on projects like Woodbridge Highschool expansion - Phase 3, Southern California's famous University of California, Irvine - Alumni Facility and Engineering Bulding and Brookhurst Center(shopping center off Brookhurst/Ball in Anaheim) - to name a few of the larger projects. He specializes in all phases of the stucco finish and can match any and all plastering textures.
Patrick O'Neal started his plastering career in Orange County working for Freddy Irdtsieck at the Dutchman Plastering Company in 1981. From 1981 to 1988 he played a big part in building Dutchman plastering into one of the largest plastering companies in Orange County in the 1980s. Patrick then went on to start one of his business ventures, All-star Plastering with his brother David O'Neal in 1988.
They focused on handling mostly commerial projects like hotels and restaurants through 1994. After this Patrick went back to his home state of New York and worked with the Masons Union (OCPMIA) through 2011. This is where he learned to specialize in the application of acrylic finishes and architectural foam concepts. He then moved back to Orange, California in 2011 and has been working for himself specializing in patching and repair among other things.
